Dear @Nabwire,

We are obliged to express our heartfelt apology as regards @alma's comments towards you. Thus far, you've interacted with the community in a classy and elegant manner at all times. This speaks tonnes about you, thank you.

Our first run in with @alma was 4 years ago in KDN JUST ANOTHER KENYAN ISP when we were vilified for our approach to upholding the reputation of an external entity. No one is perfect, but I wonder whether members' views towards @alma's motives then, would not be worth reconsidering.

@alma's actions then and now are against the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Fortunately, he has made other better contributions to Wazua. We will give him time to meditate and reflect.

My question is,does anyone have to tusi to make a point? There are many neutral people on Wazua,they make there comments and contribution without insulting anyone. Like wise,their are goggles wearers kama mimi who make there point without calling names.Let's not abbet unbecomig behavior.
