If it was not for Table Mountain and the Ocean, I would place Windhoek at the top. Windhoek is a much cleaner city, but smaller.

That Nrb is better than Jhb & Pretoria, Lol!

Yes. Have been in both places.

Cape Town has several slums, and one of them is one of the biggest slum in the word, but you never hear of it.

Cape Towns Kibera is called khayelitsha. Google it.

There is also widespread crime, gangsterism and drug abuse. It's only the good side that is put out. No doubt that the good side is good, but when weighing other factors, I'd go with Windhoek anytime.

Windhoek is a small but very neat city.

In different places, Windhoek has been lauded as the cleanest city in Africa.

A few pictures.

I think there are qualitative aspects and it is probably from sampling so sio "Infrastructure" pekee, i will add the beautiful women you see in Nairobi town, in some Johannesburg, you can spend a whole day without seeing a beautiful lady, and our food is not that bad, also people walk on the streets everywhere more or less "cam-fart-ably" though they say beauty is relative, but the result is qualitative so it matters!

Top ten cities to live in... To live in as what???? A fish in uhuru park? A waiter working night-shifts? or vegetation in Jivanjee gardens?

It is completely pointless to rank cities without informing people what criteria was used to do so. Everyone will have very diverse opinions on what the rank should have been
