After being in a coma for 8 years, Sharon finally dead. He had a stroke in 2006 and it was hoped he would recover but it didn't happen. The longest coma after which someone woke up was 19 years. Considering that, a lot of doctors don't rush to unplug life support because there could be a chance the patient will wake up again.

"Those who reject our Signs, We shall soon cast into the Fire: as often as their skins are roasted through, We shall change them for fresh skins, that they may taste the penalty: for Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise."

So if allah wants to burn Sharon or Hitler 6,000,000 times He can do it. If allah wants to burn him 10,000 times He can do it in Ahera. People cannot do it in this world. Because in this world, if police catches, you can compensate a maximum one death.
