just recently he gave notice to Mutua to return an ambulance bought by Kangundo council to Kangundo...he forgot county govts took over all assets and liabilities of local authorities!

Actually that day I was confused about his "order". To whom should the vehicles be returned to in that case?

I have seen him today and his hand is in a bandage...supported with a sling. I wonder what happened.
