It depends on the business. What kind of conglomerates are you talking about...Financial services and football club,manufacturing or electricity generation.

I guess you need different kinds of proffessionals depending on the industry.

Remove Naikuni from the list. I am not hating or anything,and its not because of the recent strike. Any inside will tell you that KQ is where it is because of Brain Davies' blueprints & strategies. Naikuni is yet to develop any.
Must be candidate be a current MD?CEo,there are many senior manahers who are eclipsed by white-haired MD's.
