Meanwhile.. the PS transport has pointed out how stupid we are as Kenyans for not paying attention to details..
1.3 trillion was the cost of the railway from Mombasa.. and not just mombasa but a few meters into the ocean and then inland.. past Nairobi, over the RV, out into UG and down into Rwanda
surely Kenyans.. why dont you read stuff for yourselfs and stop depending on the media..

but i think we, yes including me are very stupid. How could we not see that 1.3T is the cost of the entire rail from somewhere in the indian ocean to somewhere in Kigali?
