I don't agree with you. Ruto seems to have the Kalenjin nation in a trance (same as RAO and the Luo's). MO1 is yesterday's news. UK akijaribu, he ain't returning in 2017 unless he can swing Luhyas and Kao's

What i know for a fact is UMK cannot show WSR the middle finger; they will work together until he is re-elected. Ruto is also sharp and cunning so he will not leave this union easily. But there will be tething problems here and there na siasa kidogo to keep us HYENAS busy.
