On Monday 16th November I post a topic on 'making a will' and specify that I'm not planning to go anywhere soon. But guess what happens on Tuesday 17th November around 1:00pm
I'm driving along Thika road and at Clayworks (Between Roysambu and Githurai 45) my life was almost cut short. I'm driving on the overtaking lane and on the left lane there is this overspeeding chinese truck (the ones redoing the road) and when just next to me,the driver decides to change lanes to my side suddenly for reason unknown to me,hits my car on the rear left side (near the fuel tank),my car spins counter clockwise, the truck now hits me 'nicely' on the passengers side and the car starts to roll. All this time the truck has not stopped (though he's breaking hard) and as am rolling I can see it following me (though there is dust all over). The car stops rolling and coincedentally the truck just stops next to the car! I got out of the car totally unhurt although the condition of the car is a story for another day! All I'm saying is that I'm extremely lucky to be alive - you'd agree with me if you saw the car.
I think we all should get our issues in order sooner rather than later. Life is just too short. With the experience I had, that's a no-brainer.
