For me the Dida I know doesn't qualify for the job, qualification is about the papers and the eligibility and he was not eligible to start it, even if he was, at a personal level I would not employ to undertake such a task......it seems true he was being enjoyed just like Mbadi said......he has said that he saw the same in the papers just like any other Kenyan......surely how can a head of state be making annoucements without thinking them through....this is a shame to say the list....eti digital and generational change....NKT!!! ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".

You are enjoying PORK break the law just because of tyranny. Laughable at best. Let us support PORK to uphold rule of law otherwise we will create small kingdoms leading us back to Nyayo era. Thieves

I totally agree with you the rule of law should be upheld but i still cannot understand why @Mc Reggae thinks Dida is not qualified for the job.....have you looked at his papers! What are the required qualifications for the job!

I said earlier, to qualify you must be eligible, he is not, qualification aint just about papers my friend, that's the reason there are always interviews and research on who you are, personally what I have seen on Dida, he aint qualified, let him continue exporting modern day slaves to middle east!!!! ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".
