What is embarassing about it? What is wrong if a man corrects a mistake that has been pointed out.

He has been told he broke the law and as a stricter to the rule of law he did the necessary.

It isn't just embarrassing; it is also worrying that a President can make such a glaring mistake, especially so soon after the Mututho fiasco.

Either some one is sleeping on the job or is deliberately misleading the president. Either way, the legal adviser must be shown the door.
Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

I didn't vote for Uhuru because I didn't believe he can make a good president. When he won, I accepted him but gave him time to prove me wrong. So far, his score is quite poor. I still wouldn't vote for him if elections were called today!

There is nothing wrong with correcting a mistake, in that respect he comes out better than Baks n RAO, in that his ego is quite small.

But the mistake {of not following the law} shouldn't have occured in the first place, UK must sharpen up or kick out somebody n stop being too sympathetic with those close to him, they are the ones who can make or destroy him! .

Agreed fully. My concern is this is happening twice in a span of 2 months.... That is the way those around you start taking advantage and benefit themselves or create walls. Then udictator inaingia.
