I find Impunity extremely annoying and insulting!!! He repeatedly insults SKerians without any provocation whatsover - see Limuruboys post on Watu wa Tena Estate as an example. Makes me wonder,who's worse,Impunity or Sukuma? Maybe this guys should just get married! What do you think? Or maybe he is trying to practice impunity on SK as his name suggests?
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

he calls himself impunity coz he was brought up badly. u don't need an expert to tell u exactly how this dude was brought up.

instead we culd be suggesting on the best rehabs for folks like this( rotten )
