RINK: Fyatu. Thanks for sharing this. Very useful read. However, it was obviously a little bit self-serving as it's written by an interested party. The thrust of the author's argument is in this section:
"Our turnaround of RVR is based on four pillars and serves, we think, as a proven methodology for unlocking value in the transport sector: a clear strategy; the provision of adequate financing; the deployment of global cutting edge technology; and the supervision of all of this by globally-qualified experts who understand how to do business in Africa. - See more at:

Author's point being:
1.We have turned around RVR
2. Unlike "other foreign investors" we are the experts, have a clear strategy, cutting edge tech and understand how to do things in Africa.
It's still a great article and I'm happy to have investors like Citadel investing in the country.
What I'm looking for is to understand via discussion:
a) Impact of the new PPP Act that was passed on unlocking delayed projects
b) Who we think the PPP partners will be
c) Understand McKinsey Consulting is now supporting GOK on rollout of V'30. This means they really mean business!
Anyone heard about this?
