I disagree,women are most attracted by:
Means - wealth and possessions.
Power - influence,leadership and control.
Fame
Looks
Exclusivity i.e. whether he is married,in a relationship or plays 'hard to get'
Personality - humor,confidence,adventurous,romantic,mysterious etc.
Of all the above,when you first talk to a woman i.e. unless she already knows who you are for any particular reason,it's your personality that will grab her attention and keep her interested.
'Even if you're on the right track,you'll get run over if you just sit there'.
