Hi guy's there's a sacco offering 1 acre in nanyuki, 2 km's from British Army Hostels. wanted to find out how much is land in that area going for?
Need to decide if this is a good deal...

@ Whis..am sure with the weekend coming up, that would have been a very good deal.

For the guys interested the land is 9 acres and 5kms from Juakali shoping centre. you are only allowed 1 acre. price is 575K per acre.

Currently in Nanyuki checking out potential land to buy. Lots of opportunities, especially in the outskirts with numerous holiday homes initiatives coming up.

Near the upcoming Enaai golf course (near an area called juakali) prices range from 500k to 1m per acre.

Anyone with info on these areas kindly share with wazuans.

Bought 2 parcels of a quarter acre near the upcoming Enaai Golf Course going for 200k each. Prices vary from 150k-200k depending on proximity to the golf course. Inbox me on adrianmwai@yahoo.com and I will introduce you to the lady who sold me the parcels
