You dont become chief intelligent officer in a country and try to go against the establishment, even those who have gone to US, France and Belgium have been caught only Kabuga has managed to outmaneuver the "GENERAL"

When you work in such a sensitive post and have all those secrets in your head and then you decide to go rogue,you either disappear or we will make you suffer from an "accident". Have you noticed that retired spy chiefs from all over the world just retire into oblivion? It is on purpose.

Thats why I admired Kanyotu, he never uttered anything, and we all believe he died with what he knew in his head, not going payukaing all over the world about your country
