Now maybe you need to look at the shoes you wear in that desert. Wachana na sport shoes/boots na synthetic socks. Ask your boss if you can wear decent open shoes to work. Thats very much internal Starch='White' products(breads, cakes, pasta, white rice etc), potatos Meat=Protein. Now since you know your problem is internal... much as you purpose to use creams and all, heal your insides too.
