The Vetting Board had these to say at paragraph 69 about the Honourable Anne Ireri Ruguru
"The Board looked at five questioned judgments and found that all five were not reasoned at all. They were one page documents that did not capture the requisites of a judgment. The judgments make a mockery of submissions made by counsel as no reference was made to the same at all. The judgments are shallow, poorly written and show a lack of diligence and competence"
@Para 74 "The Board finds that the Magistrate failed to deliver reasoned decisions. The Magistrate's legal reasoning, writing skills and competency are quite wanting. The Board notes that the Magistrate has been on the Bench for 9 years, and her inability to write proper judgments after being on the Bench for almost a decade points to a serious shortcoming on her abilities and skills as a Magistrate."
And it gets worse.........para "75 the magistrate in her written responses comes across as very rude and arrogant.......highly inappropriate language which is disrespectful and lack of courtesy....extreme incompetence!"

Let me ask about that...btw many people.have lined complaints about this magistrates...

This magistrates? A lawyer can't be forgiven for such grammatical errors. Nikii wee?

now if there was a vetting board for lawyers...those findings on anne ireri ruguru may well have been his.
