ICC jurisprudence is different once charges are confirmed that's based on presumption of guilt infact what is left is mere corroboration I sense trial tricks at play here I suspect her application will be vigorously opposed by Kay and eventually dismissed by the court but that will be a fatal mistake when Kay opposes the same,he shall be left with no ground upon which to make any other application for time or otherwise...anyway lets wait and see.
