Does it really matter?? Anyway that is how i view it, moving on they all are related however during the sudanese war Riek machar was a spanner boy for Bashir and was used to fight proxy wars against the SPLA , i bet Salva Kiir thinks of him as a later day turncoat who isnt entitled to the spoils of war having been a collaborator for so long

And to add on that, and not to sound bias, I'm wondering why, it's just recently. Are South Sudan betraying their habit of complaining? Does that tell us something about them? Maybe they have some inherent problem.

This is almost the same argument a lot of westerners use when describing Africa and "all our fighting!!"

You are wrong on Machar, the southern groups were fighting the North in their different cocoons where Garang and Kiir led the Dinka as Machar led the Nuer, the problem has to do with the looting going on and the fear of Dinkas that Nuers will soon demand the presidency, given that SS independence was more like Mandela's Xhosa-Xhosa combination. With SS starting off with a Dinka-Dinka pair, it wasn't going to be long before the Nuers asked succession questions. And of course the Nuers rightfully feel their son Riek is brighter in every way than the colourless Kiir.

However, my gut feeling is that Chinese and Western oil lords are also involved in this madness.even some dinka's including the Garang's are grumbling!!!!

I don't think so, whilst i don't refute your reasons for the conflict, i still maintain that Machar was used by Bashir to destabilise Garang, if you remember he was at one time appointed to the sudanese govt

Boss you go wrong again, the problem has always been the different command within the SPLA and dangling of the carrot by the North, you will also remember that Kiir himself was once suspended from SPLA and at the point Garang agreed to be Bashir's deputy there some grumbles within the North, simply said absolute unity has been elusive to the sotherners!
