Absolutely correct! Thank you for promoting intellect and reason. Definitely U.S pressure was also involved as the case eventually went against all democratic principles and they could not support the imbecilic trial by skype proposed by Brito, we were at risk of becoming a "NGO/Civic bodies organization state", where these busy body THICK and FOOLISH idlers who envy successful politicians could nail a Peacefully, Democratically elected sovereign through fake cases. Total crap if you ask me. In any case we had IDIOTS (by Steadman poll 60% idiot Kenyans were saying this) from both side of the political divide saying "let him go clear his name", this is akin to begging the west for intellect leave alone money, "Please think for us now, we can vote but we can't THINK please" yet we are independent/democratic and peaceful people just like them and can think and solve our cases! Very stupid case!

The cases were dead as soon as UMK was announced as prezzo. Everything else was an attempt to contain the situation without being seen as publicly backing "impunity". I think the fact that uhuru went on an offensive pushed their hand

Look at it this way...

Bensouda knows UK will try to avoid the Hague at all costs,proverbial trial tricks leave enough rope and the dude will inevitably hang himself,she is bracing for another application from UK seeking to delay the trial or that the same proceed by way of video link to avoid all that create a sense of desperation the dude submits himself to the Hague andvoila!set,game,match... ICC jurisprudence is different once charges are confirmed that's based on presumption of guilt infact what is left is mere corroboration I sense trial tricks at play here I suspect her application will be vigorously opposed by Kay and eventually dismissed by the court but that will be a fatal mistake when Kay opposes the same,he shall be left with no ground upon which to make any other application for time or otherwise...anyway lets wait and see.
