So according to that magazine even the nigerians are also being conned 186 km standard gauge line from Abuja-kaduna estimated cost $ 874m.

"The Abuja-Kaduna rail project is estimated to cost $874m. China's EXIM bank is providing $500m as a concessionary loan for the project. The remaining is being provided by the Federal Government of Nigeria."
