From the exterior finishes, these are not on the top range.The walls are rendered with wall master which costs kes 600 to kes 1000 per m2, quite a low cost of rendering.The labour costs are also low since the design is kind of monotonous and repetitive compared to expensive complex hotels.
The facade design is also not in the top range in terms of design/concept compared to other international hotels.
