Soembody help!!! Is safaricom broadband a rip of? Every time i buy a 300mb package,i

reset the statistics and when the credo ends i usually recheck and the stats are always

less than 300mb by atleast by 100mb. I know they say that the statistics are not accurate.

But can they be that inaccurate or is it just a rip off???
