@africancoloner you need to consider your target market.. most of the students will buy one seat not a 5 sitter sofa, a bed, some kitchen accessories, table, chair etc.. so they are not looking for a big house.. one important factor is a bathroom and toilet.. the rest they can easily squeeze in.. This is been efficient not greedy maximize on the space and do some good finishing then you are assured of clientele
