Joe Biden was Obama's running mate and became US vice president when Obama was elected president. He is a very respectable man and carries himself with lots of dignity and knows who is boss. Like Biden, Ruto & co. should know who is boss. Singo hawes pita kichwa. Mkate nusu ended with agwambo.

Same script different cast. In the old days RAO used to send Kajwang to voice his dissatisfaction with the way appointments were made in a lopsided manner to his disadvantage. He would later come out and say that all was well. We have seen this before and we know how it ends. WSR is fooling only @Siringi and his ilk. He WSR)needs to shut up and tow the line.

So the MP is saying that URP = Kalenjin nation and they should get 50% of all appointments? Thought Kenya had 42 tribes all of whom should get govt jobs.
