Anyone who could be having information on somebody selling an acre of land along the tarmac road from Gathoge to Samson(Central province on your way to Embu town) corner with tap water or near a river?

Hi there. Just wanted to tell you,I hope you know how expensive land is around Gathoge and P.I. areas on the main Embu-Nairobi tarmac road. My brother bought 1/3 of an acre in P.I. (very near Gathoge stage). I've actually seen the plot,it's flat and perfect residential location surrounded by nice stone homes. The plot is second row from Nairobi-Embu road and he paid 900K one year ago. And remember that this is 2nd row...there is a lady who owns a 1/4 acre infront of my brother's plot which actually touches the main road. No,she has refused to sell kabisa.

So if u want an acre touching main tarmac,be prepared to pay between 2.5 and 3.5 million. Good luck in ur hunting.

You can try Embu Siakago road,the prices seem to be fair on that end. Dont think P1 is that expensive,been there a million times and do not see any reason why it should be expensive,maybe Makutano.
