Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela has exited the land of the living. Poleni watu wa SA - what next? I kinda felt that his presence was holding something back. It's kinda a bit early but Whispers and murmurs of discontent have been heard in SA for a while about how Mandela was not a good black president (he didn't change nothing!!). Will ANC hold? Will Malema and co. start shouting uninhibited? Will ANC follow the route of independence parties such as KANU that went into irrelevance? or will it like CCM hold the fort and beat the wave time?
It's all up in the air!! while it is likely that ANC will still hold for next years election the person who takes over will have a war of dissent in his hands.

Sad Sad Ofcourse those whites and their allies who supported them have been left without guard and this may be their time to suffer what they did unto others. More white blood will be shed as we move. Madela introduced rainbow to safeguard them, a hero they had tortured. The bull nosering has broken and the bull will tramp on the whites as they did to their blacks. Wait to see white deaths up, white beggers up and white immigration up.

If he had died some 10/15 years earlier jungus would have fled south africa enmasse infact any mention of mandelas death the words whites and genocide would follow . Any problem faced by a black person would be squarely blamed on the whiteman but all those years of ANC rule little has changed or will change for the ordinary black south african

I don't think this will affect SA politically. Mandela had not been active in the recent past. He hadn't given his opinions on anything. His presence in 2008 did not stop the xenophobic violence.

I think the black populace expected him to pull a mugabe on the whites which didn't happen. Deservedly or not the blacks in SA feel like they're owed for the apartheid era.
