Thank you.
I have nothing against the book or stoicism.I have found my path and it does include some principles of stoicism but my efforts right now are in walking the path.

Should I say that it's propitious of you to be bring up the issue of 'stoicism'? At first the matter looked distant, but then I have been tracing philosophy back in time and continents, and how they may have come from one primordial philosophy. Adamic language perhaps. There's a whole world to be explored from your prompting.

So far, evidence favors your sentiments.

But I have read a thing or two about it. Like, if we all live a small part of who we are, what happens to the rest of us? The rest of us must somehow live as a shadow of a shadow, always poking us into discomfort. The girl who was saved is this shadow of a shadow . . . great ideas I have found. Perhaps it offers a glimpse of something hidden about love, and probably why sometimes it's elusive.

I'm still revolving around energy especially in the context of cymatics. If frequency and vibration can do that, and thoughts are an expression of energy, what does that mean to our physical bodies? That also leads to something interesting. If our thoughts are based on how we perceive and interpret stimuli, does that imply perception is the use of energy(thoughts) to 'tune in' to a certain frequency and subsequently result to a certain vibration?

Consider why it's said, 'as a man thinketh, so is he.' Or Sartre's, 'the question determines and implies the answer'. Or the way Buddhists say everything we have, we've created for ourselves. Or the distance and space that meditation offers, and the different results it yields compared to normal 'egoic' thoughts.
