what should a man do with a wife who is always complaining of how tired she is when a man wants sex? she is a house wife with a small baby and no house help.......

@njemi from your thread,I presume that this is your first child and thus the change matrix you are faced with in terms of attention is totally strange to you!! Daddy,fatigue by mama due to the fact that she has to do the things she did before the baby came along in terms of managing the house in addition to the additional task of taking care of the baby have just checked in! Welcome to parenthood. This said,you may as proposed in the earlier thread,need to consider hiring a househelp to assist her with household chores to allow her some resting time which should translate to less fatigue on her part and hence her uncomplaining availability for you. To expect the same old treatement now that baby is here is tantamount to an employer giving an employee addtional responsibilites without a comensurate support system and expecting the old level of performance. It's true that your wife is tired because of the new baby.

You know how it is staying awake in the night with all the cries.

I can't imagine a house with a young child and no house help. Imagine the clothes,the cooking,the breast-feeding,the changing nappies,bathing the baby,ironing your shirts,mobbing the house,wiping the tables,making the bed,changing sheets... phew. I watch my wife and I know this's so tiring!



If it is her choice not to have a house help,please be patient with her. Otherwise,encourage her to hire one.



Then slowly start romancing her. Carry a flower on your way home from work. Sit with her watching your baby. Talk to her kindly. Look her in the eyes and thank her for such a beautiful baby. Tell her you appreciate how she manages to run the house. She will feel proud and in return feel good about you,that will translate to many other things...
