For a project of this magnitude, it would be prudent for Kenya Railways or Transport Ministry to hire a consultant to supervise the construction.

i hear Keter @ 1:43 saying comparing kenyas cost per KM to that of Ethiopia is not in order
the Ethiopia's will be a double track while Kenya's will be a single track so if this is true
is this not a scandal? does anyone have the design of the rail project fo us to see !, if this is the case ,
then the kenya's line would be half the cost of Ethiopia's rail per KM.
