The long running dispute is finally over,they missed the golden years at the bourse,they have continued with a good dividend policy.Should be a very volatile day when they resume trading,which way do skerians see these two counters go in the middle of this bear? Carbacid last close was @137,issued shares 11.3M,dividend 10 shillings last full year.Boc @160,19.5million shares,dividend 6.80.They have a near monopoly in their areas of business.

My offer to buy out any shareholders of either firm who needs to dispose their shares still stands...

I doubt any existing shareholder will sell right now,both companies have written to CMA to have trading in their shares lifted,certainly any wise shareholder will wait to see how the market forces play on the share price.
