Selling a local pub at Old Donholm area at 400k. It has all necessary licenses for 2014 - Nacada Liquor, City Council Single Business permit, City Council Public health, Music Copyright. Sitting capacity 30 people and comes with an imported pool table.

I guess tough competition may be the reason for sale, that area has a number of pubs if I can recall and unfortunately each dominant tribe in this country has its members having preferred pubs .
