first you-where do you want to stay? you know the areas better then anyone else. Me i would prefer Utawala because of Security- consider AP/GSU training centres and the Airport ( sources of security). second,the bypass is just next.

Utawala the place seems controlled and you dont risk building your home next to a block of flats

well the decision as to where to build a permanent residential house will be dictated by several factors,among them..

* availability of water
* security
* infrastructure
* social amenities/attractive extras e.g schools,hotels,markets,hospitals,playgrounds,children's and or elderly homes...
* general perceptions of the area by the home owner to be...

since the plots are only know to you then we cannot give substantive views...
