I am an upcoming investor seeking to invest some 200k, but I'm torn between buying T/bonds and buying land in kajiado. Your rich advise is highly appreciated. Many thanks.

I dont know how upcoming investors look like. But I will advise you to try stocks.Land has high returns but lower liquidity and also prone to fraud esp in kayaido

@Richmondo, buy land. They are not making any more of it.

Thanks @swenani. Upcoming is just descriptive to imply where I intend to go.You won't identify if you want to know the looks. thanks for your take though....
...and thank you too Gathige - I appreciate the advice of men (and women) wise in handling these things....keep them coming.

its also good to set what u want to achieve(returns)and the duration, and also risk involved,Land is a high risk high return best for long term, bond low risk low return,Stock are high risk highly liquid, can get good return overnight and also you can burn in a second, seek more knowledge for stocks before investing there otherwise you will have sleepless night and i know you like having sweet dreams

Land anytime but you have to be careful. Land in Kajiado has issues at the moment. Money market is also very easy to operate and it's liduid with modest return (about 10% pa).Call CIC insurance. Stocks is a tricky business.
