Typical kibisu kabatesi statement issued so many of such statements in the run up to general elections with zero effect problem is that they do not get to the masses in lunjeland if a politician like jirongo were to stand up somewhere in kakamega or bungoma and address the crowd in those exact words may be the ground would begin to shift...
