ICC investigations threatened by budget crisis

The International Criminal Court is currently grappling with budget limitations which may cripple its investigations as it handles the cases against President Uhuru Kenyatta, Deputy President William Ruto and journalist Joshua Arap Sang.

the interesting thing about this story is this statement

This ICC court is such a disappointment so far in terms of the prosecution.

How is it any different from what would have happened in Kenya with Mutunga likes ruling on Kimaiyo type investigations?

Maybe they r looking for an excuse to use once their cases comes down. Thy will say they didnt have enough money to do thorough investigations...

Who would have thought that the chust thumping, microphone spitting proscecutor called Ocampo had not done any investigations? Why do they require more?
