My honest opinion about all this.
The 'NEW CONSTITUTION' needs to be relooked at as it serves Imperialist interests and not Kenyans'!!!Surely how can we disrespect our presidency so much that we dont safeguard it from external attacks. We need a constitutional ammendment immediately.
This constitution was made to by activists and Ngo's to serve the intrests of the west. How could we miss that surely?

You are so right Mukiri. These people and their cases are fast becoming a liability.

I recall reading an article online (Nation or Star) quoting a government insider who says that Cabinet is unable to deliver on their mandate owing to the excessive focus on ICC issues.

Yaani even Cabinet secretaries cannot transact their business sababu viongozi wao wako busy wakipigana na korti.

The biggest objects can be moved, if the pivot is found.

So far, the Kenyan state is seeking the pivot within the ICC or parts of the ICC like the security council.

But the pivot point is outside all this. But the outside is the most neglected. And hence the most vulnerable.
