County Governments should generate their own salaries... and once their up and running, should not get any money from National Government. Starting with the 'flower girls' sitting in the Senate, then women reps. Retain the earlier no of constituencies which we continue to chop chop chop into smithereens hence creating unnecessary positions n bloating Bunge... The likes of Alfie and a few others have given me hope in the devolution process. You are not likely to see an mpig with such miradi fighting for funding in Bunge. So tupatie devolution a chance and trim only the overgrown branches. Kwanza women rep ndio? Tena county rep. Na senator. Na governor. And the mpig! Arrrggghhh!
