@Wazuans am looking for land long Magadi road and have found a piece from a friend. My concern though is that there were rumours going around that some areas have issues of being double-titled in Kajiado.Anybody who can advice on the issues and what to look out for in those areas? Thanks

@Hunderwear; A quick way to do it is to go on the ground and meet the Chief and ask if the owner is the "real owner". This is normally fool-prof and real owners re know on the ground.

This is of course after doing all the other necessary due diligence- Get title& copy of ID of owner and search the details.

Kama ni former group ranch, then that is ngumu. Where in Magadi road is the shamba?

@Hunder. EXACTMENT, the process @gathige explains above is the way to go about buying land from the maasai.

@Gathige, Didn't get you. Are you a part of the group buying or selling the 100 acres?
Please provide a bit of details. I think though that 120k for an acre, 8 Kilometre off highway
at TINGA, Bei iko yuu kidogo..
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..

@Am,I am part of the group buying the portions. A church group is buying the whole land and selling portions ranging from 1/8 ( 20k) to 1 acre ( 120k) to members and general public.

The price is fair for the place since it includes subdivision and titles.

The place is purely for prospecting for gains in 5-10yrs and good for gps.

The place is very hot though but scenery very good.
