People to enjoy at what expense? There is always somebody who wants to do something, even if that thing has more disadvantages than the advantages. These laws look at cost-benefit analysis. Many things have benefits, but if the harm is more, I would say it's worth discouraging it.

Our problem is that they are focused on the wrong group. They are doing absolutely nothing about illicit and underage drinking! Which really should be their mandate.
