@Bliziblaza,i hear you loud and clear and i can assure you that we all share your concern on this particular aspect but please do not be the judge.
On a light note,has it occured to you that the whole episode could be a conspirancy to either blackmail the fellow into some kind of extortion. Am definately not playing judge here but if you followed Father Kizito's history you might be shocked as how he started off his charity mission. It began with abondoned HIV positive children,lets not convict the guy before he is accorded his fundemental right to a fair trial.

Read Donald Hay's 'Property, authority and criminal law'. The law has its politics that hasn't changed since the 17th century.

We need to get more clear picture of that, it's not as easy as it may sounds really. So please be sure to get it all right before judging anyone for things he never did actually. You have very simple info to start with and we can't proceed with that further.
