Well I believe Mututho is determined to fight the drug and alcohol problems in kenya whether in Govt or not. I wish him well and success in his fight.

Yes the katiba has castrated the presidency, and thus the PORK can't even give you a job, cant give you a kaquarter acre plot etc etc. The office has become quite useless. ....bure kabisa.
