Rank: Hello Joined: 6/22/2011 Posts: 2 Location: London - uk		Wazuans, Has anyone heard of these... They are selling 1/4 acre at 370k (inclusive of 30k title processing fees). Land is directly opposite Kabarak University (across the road). Non members are paying 20k more (440k?) Those who know this area, and the potential impact of the university....is this good value? Good thoughts appreciated
