When I have money, I get rid of it quickly, lest it find a way into my heart.

Doesn't have to be commercial. One can do it for home consumption. Start small and grow.

@Lolest, I meet a Vet who confided to me that the thing is just a fad and people are making money by either selling the birds or eggs to others. There is no mass market of consumers and it will slowly die naturally like other pyramid schemes once the early adopters have made their cash and subsequent investors have no one to buy from them. It's a good way to make quick cash and then get out soonest.
