Laughing out loudly watu wa mtembezi are no where to be seen? You'd think the Hague route was forced upon Kenya...kumbe ni the suspects who preferred the route....and now one is encouraging the other to attend the court proceedings, while pushing or trying to delay his appearance before the courts.

With further delay, Bensouda better have a plan to keep her witnesses secure...

Now issues of the security council being unrepresentative as raised by FAS are unnecessary. Is the on diplomatic warpath? Can't this government focus on one issue at a time?

Restraining myself I have tried 'know it all'. somehow your comments usually derail a thread. it's not wise to respond to a know it all, 'only me is right' kind, and some one who does not respect the opinions of others.
