Why do you want a mortgage with an invariably variable interest rate when you can get a tenant purchase scheme loan from NSSF fixed at 15% for the entire term?

How do I go about the Nssf one? You are not serious about buying the flat, are you? If you were, you'd have simply gone to the TPS office at NSSF and found out. If you are too busy to go, then you are not serious enough about buying! Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

Would like to know more if anyone has the information. Life is joy, death is peace, but the transition is very difficult.

@GG , any idea what type of houses they intend to do? or any further information? Then, would anyone know if they are still building the 1Bd/2Bd refill at Nyayo? Life is joy, death is peace, but the transition is very difficult.
