Why do you want a mortgage with an invariably variable interest rate when you can get a tenant purchase scheme loan from NSSF fixed at 15% for the entire term?

About 2 weeks ago they sent out a tender for construction of apartments in Milimani area. I don't think there have a running project now but I stand to be collected.
Lord, thank you!

You are not serious about buying the flat, are you?

If you were, you'd have simply gone to the TPS office at NSSF and found out. If you are too busy to go, then you are not serious enough about buying!

They had once talked about a huge project in Mavoko (sth like Nyayo). Would like to know more if anyone has the information.

@obiero, Mavoko project is under NSSF on land they already own, they are currently looking for a developer who will also finance it. NHC have an EPS plant in the neighbourhood.

You are making assumptions and acting like they are facts. Quite helpful.

@GG , any idea what type of houses they intend to do? or any further information?

Then, would anyone know if they are still building the 1Bd/2Bd refill at Nyayo?
