Two people could have become good governors for nyandarua county karue being tops being the initiator of CDF but he chose to run for the senate. kimunya considering the time he spent in goverment but he miscalculated ran for mp lost and in a moment of arrongance called his constituents a thankless lot ending his poltical career.
The people of nyandarua county are generally laid back this also manifests in its leaders you hardly mps from this county jostling to be photographed with uhuru unlike other counties.
The lack of rag to riches businessmen who eventually become aggressive politicians also lacks in the county .
The currents governor owns a school compare that to the governor of kiambu or nyeri.
