This war dint start after the procurement etc....it started b4 the wiper nominations. Muthama doesn't like Mutua at all, we all know why. Bad thing is, they are neighbors in Masaku. Muthama, Mutula and Mutua's homes are 5mins away.

on the day I had food poisoning in machakos I didn't see much happening there.infact machakos town had no street lights at night.the town is dirty. nothing much to report. hope we will see some action. not just all talks.

The money to manage the county has not even been dispersed. Mambo bado yako kwa planning stage. Infact i dont think much will happen in that town lights are not as important as providing water to the residents. Machakos town has a perennial water shortage.
