This is how they've responded when I complained on their page...

"Hi,kindly be advised that we have noted your comments and in view of that we have forwarded the same to our programming department for a follow up."

The SS10 thing was supposed to reel people in and once guys got used to Compact Plus then start putting big games on Premium Channels. This in manipulation! I intend to make as much noise about it on their page till they do something about it.
